My sister Sarah just sent me this and I thought I'd share for all the Nintendo people.

My iPod now on eBay

I decided to sell my iPod in-order to raise some iPhone money. If anyone is interested it's up on eBay now. It's in great shape work perfectly.

iPod

I was a little hesitant in giving it up. The 8 GB storage in the iPhone is so much smaller than the 80 GB iPod. I guess I'll have to really pick and choose what music and podcast I really want on this new device.

Just updated the Sketchpad

I got around to updating the Sketchpad section today. it's been awhile. There is only three buttons in the Flash window, actually it's pretty confusing right now. I'm still hot sure how I want to present this section. I like the metaphor a the Sketchpad, something that can contain a bit of everything, graphics, photos, animations, writing, etc, something that's a little ruff around the edges but is quick to put things down in.

Anyway, today I added a site and logo design from a while ago, identity gang. The identity gang was a concept where a small team, experienced in design, marketing, and communications, concentrate on client image. I think eventually I would like present all websites, logos, multimedia presentation in this format.

The other was mixed into the opening animation. This was a previous design for my site that never saw the light of day.

Jodi Lea Lightcap

An old friend of my just passed, Jodi Lightcap at the young age of 29. Along with her brother George, they were the very first people, outside my family, I can remember from my childhood. Up until age five, we lived two door down from the Lightcaps, and my days were in-between these backyards. Playing He-Man, trying calling them/her ( Me and Georgey used to run and hide from her behind the blueberry bush, I think she was my very first crush on a girl, at age 4 or 5 ) when I had no clue how many numbers you needed to dial on the rotary phone. Jodi's parents great patients from the little kid in their house was amazing.

Unfortunately, I was not close to her later in her very short life, but I have nothing but the fondest memories about Jodi. I remember the childhood backyard playground, your love for your brother and all the fun memories we had.

Good bye Jodi, we love you.

Back up to mozy

I'm trying out an online backup system right now called mozy. I heard about this on MaBreak Weekly episode 47 from Merlin Mann. It's a very easy, very affordable offsite online backup system. It's 5 bucks a month for unlimited backup storage space. Right now I'm doing the initial back up (30 plus gigs), it's going to take about 5 days. I'm very excited about this and will follow up on how it works out.
